For stays of one night an increase of 10% on prices is requested.
For stays longer than 2 weeks please contact us for a personalized quote.
For stays between two seasons the price will be calculated according to the fees of the two periods.
From 01.03.2012 visitor's tax of 1.5 euros per day per person.
* From 19.12.2011 to 04.01.2012 an increase of 20% on prices is expected.
-Heating, according to consumption, on reading the meter.
-Electricity, cooker gas, air conditioning, cleaning 40 Euro per week, 6 Euro per day
-Extra bed in the apartments: 15 Euro per day, 100 Euro per week
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- To confirm your booking a deposit of 20% of the whole amount due is requested. The remaining amount must be paid upon your arrival at the farm holiday.
- Cancellation policies: the deposit paid will not be given back.
- Upon your arrival at the holiday farm we ask a caution deposit of 150,00 Euro for possible damages and consumptions are not included. The deposit will be given back on departure.
- Check-In: from 15:00 to 19:00 - in case of arrival after 19:00 please contact +39.339.4807495 or +39.333.8630301.
- Check-out: before 10 a.m.
- Animals not allowed
