For stays of one night an increase of 20% on prices is expected.
For stays longer than 2 weeks please contact us for a personalized quote.
For stays between two seasons the price will be calculated according to the fees of the two periods.
# From 19.12.2009 to 09.01.2010 an increase of 20% on prices is expected.
In apartments with * you can have an extra bed: 20,00 Euro per night.
- Electricity, laundry area, air conditioning: 14,00 Euro per week - (2,00 Euro per day)
- Heating to be paid according to consumption
- Additonal bed: 20,00 Euro per day
- Small bed with sides 2-6 years: 35,00 Euro per week
- Additional cleaning service and linen on request: 15,00 Euro per person
- Bicycles: 8.00 Euro daily
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- To confirm your booking a deposit of 20% of the whole amount due is requested. The remaining amount must be paid upon your arrival at the farm holiday.
- Cancellation policies: the deposit paid will not be given back.
- Upon your arrival at the agritourism we ask a caution deposit of 150,00 Euro for possible damages and consumptions are not included. The deposit will be given back on departure.
- Check-In: from 15:00 to 19:00 - in case of arrival after 19:00 please contact Ms. Claudia on +39.339.4807495 or Mr. Luigi on +39.333.8630301.
- Check-out: before 10 a.m.
