GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • At the time of booking we require a deposit or provide credit card numbers as a guarantee.
  • In case of cancellation, made by e-mail, within 15 days before the start date of the booked stay, the customer will lose the deposit paid.
  • For any legal dispute the court of Florence is exclusively competent.
